Deliveries

 For Japan Customers Only:

           Deliveries shall be made thru Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Post Office.

(Note: In Case of Hokkaido, Shikoku,Kyushu, Okinawa and other remote islands, we may not be able to meet your desired date)

For Overseas Customers:

The delivery fee shall be paid by the customer/purchaser.

(Note: Customers/purchasers should be properly aware of possible delays caused by customs inspection. Import taxes and duties are to be paid by the customer/purchaser.)

What is your return policy?

Products are sold based on a “no return no exchange policy”. While MAYA CHAN online SHOP has taken steps to ensure strict quality standards for the products sold on our website which were purchased only from reputable auction houses with the appropriate verification of the authenticity of the product, the said products are pre-owned or second hand which results in some form of flaw, defect, and reasonable use by the previous owner. MAYA CHAN online SHOP, however, recognizes that cases exist to warrant a relaxation of the restriction. Accordingly, products which have been shipped by us to the purchaser and have suffered injury or damage during delivery may be returned and replaced by MAYA CHAN online SHOP with an identical product or merchandise of the same or equal value. Likewise products which do not conform to the brand, model, or quantity as specified by the purchaser shall be returned to MAYA CHAN online SHOP to be likewise replaced by us with a product to conform to the brand, model, and quality chosen by the purchaser. This is in addition to and subject to other cases or details enumerated in a separate Terms of Service.
